Description
Customer service is the process of fulfilling customer needs and expectations by providing excellent quality service which results in satisfied customers. It is much more than providing what the customer wanted and asked for. It includes anticipating customer needs, and meeting those needs with a high quality of service excellence. It is important to make sure your customers receive the best customer care possible.
Programme Purpose
The main purpose of this assessment is to assess the candidate’s level of competence.
Entry Requirements
It is assumed that a learner entering a programme leading to this unit standard has literacy, numeracy and communication skills equivalent to NQF Level 4.
Workplace Requirements
- Delegates must possess a valid PDP license and First Aid Certificate.
- Delegates should have access to customers.
