The main purpose of this assessment is to assess the candidate’s level of competence.

It is assumed that a learner entering a programme leading to this unit standard has literacy, numeracy and communication skills equivalent to NQF Level 4.

  • Delegates must possess a valid PDP license and First Aid Certificate.
  • Delegates should have access to customers.
